Section Provisions
ORDINANCE IX OF 1979 ORDINANCE IX OF 1979 BALUCHISTAN LOCAL GOVERNMENT ORDINANCE, 1979 CHAPTER XVI‑DEVELOPMENT PLANS 153. Community Development projects.‑A Local Council may sponsor or promote Community Development Projects for its local areas or any part thereof as may in this behalf, subject to the approval of the Government, perform such functions as may be necessary.
