Section Provisions
ORDINANCE IX OF 1979 ORDINANCE IX OF 1979 BALUCHISTAN LOCAL GOVERNMENT ORDINANCE, 1979 CHAPTER XVII‑TOWN IMPROVEMENT 155. Town Improvement Committees.‑A Municipal Committee may with the prior approval of Government constitute a Town Improvement Committee which shall perform such functions and exercise such powers as may be specified by the Government from time to time.
