ORDINANCE IX OF 1979 ORDINANCE IX OF 1979 BALUCHISTAN LOCAL GOVERNMENT ORDINANCE, 1979 CHAPTER XVII‑TOWN IMPROVEMENT 158. Notice of acquisition of lands and Notification of schemes.‑‑ (1) During thirty days next following the first day on which any notice is notified and published under subsection (2) of section 157, the Town Improvement Committee shall serve a notice on every person whom the Town Improvement Committee has reason to believe to be owner or occupier of any immovable property, which is proposed to be acquired in executing the scheme and such notice shall state that the Town Improvement Committee proposed to acquire such property for the purpose of carrying out a scheme, requiring such person, if he objects to such acquisition, to state his reasons in writing within a period of sixty days from the service of the notice. (2) The sanction of the scheme by the authority competent to do so tinder the rules shall on notification be conclusive evidence that the scheme has been duly framed and sanctioned.
