ORDINANCE IX OF 1979 ORDINANCE IX OF 1979 BALUCHISTAN LOCAL GOVERNMENT ORDINANCE, 1979 CHAPTER XIX‑ANIMAL TRESPASS 169 Pounds.‑(1) There shall be established one or more animal pounds in every Tehsil and such number of animal pounds in a Municipality as may be considered necessary by the Municipal Committee. (2) The Tehsil Council or the Municipal Committee, as the case may be, may fix from time to time, the location of the animal pounds and rates of fang, watering and accommodating the impounded animal.
