ORDINANCE IX OF 1979 ORDINANCE IX OF 1979 BALUCHISTAN LOCAL GOVERNMENT ORDINANCE, 1979 CHAPTER XIX‑ANIMAL TRESPASS 173. Fines for impounded animals.‑For every animal impounded as aforesaid, the Pound Keeper shall levy a fine in accordance with the scale fixed by the Local Council and the fines so charged, shall form part of and be deposited in the Local Fund.
