ORDINANCE IX OF 1979 ORDINANCE IX OF 1979 BALUCHISTAN LOCAL GOVERNMENT ORDINANCE, 1979 CHAPTER XIX‑ANIMAL TRESPASS 175. Illegal seizures.‑If the owner of an animal appears but consider the seizure to be illegal, he may upon the payment of fines and charges incurred in respect of the animal, take delivery of the animal and within seven days of taking such delivery may institute proceedings in a Panchayat for damages.
