ORDINANCE IX OF 1979 ORDINANCE IX OF 1979 BALUCHISTAN LOCAL GOVERNMENT ORDINANCE, 1979 CHAPTER XX‑ PANCHAYATS 179. Institution of cases.‑(1) A case may be instituted in a Panchayat orally or in writing before the Chairman and in his absence before any member. (2) If the case is instituted orally, necessary particulars shall be maintained by the Chairman or the member, as the case may be. (3) The record of cases instituted in a Panchayat shall be maintained in such form and by shch persons as the Government may specify.
