Section Provisions
ORDINANCE IX OF 1979 ORDINANCE IX OF 1979 BALUCHISTAN LOCAL GOVERNMENT ORDINANCE, 1979 CHAPTER XX‑ PANCHAYATS 180. Return of cases.‑(I) A case may, at any time, be returned to be presented to the Panchayat in which it should have been instituted. (2) On returning a case the Panchayat shall endorse thereon the dates of its presentation and return.
