ORDINANCE IX OF 1979 ORDINANCE IX OF 1979 BALUCHISTAN LOCAL GOVERNMENT ORDINANCE, 1979 CHAPTER XX‑ PANCHAYATS 184. Bar to personal interest.‑A member of a Punchayat or a Tehsil Council shall take part in any case or the appellate proceedings in which he or his employer, employee or partner in business or a relative is personally interested.
