ORDINANCE IX OF 1979 ORDINANCE IX OF 1979 BALUCHISTAN LOCAL GOVERNMENT ORDINANCE, 1979 CHAPTER XX‑ PANCHAYATS 185. Inability of Chairman.‑‑If owing to illness or any other cause the Chairman of a Panchayat or a Tehsil Council in appellate proceedings is unable to act, any other member nominated by him in writing may act as Chairman.
