ORDINANCE IX OF 1979 ORDINANCE IX OF 1979 BALUCHISTAN LOCAL GOVERNMENT ORDINANCE, 1979 CHAPTER XX‑ PANCHAYATS 189. Processes.‑(1) Summons may be served in such manner as the Panchayat may deem fit. (2) If the person required to be summoned resides outside the jurisdiction of the Panchayat, summons may be forwarded to the Panchayat within whose jurisdiction such person resides and such Panchayat shall cause it to be served as if it were a summons issued by it. (3) If the summons cannot be served in the ordinary manner, the Panchayat may forward the summons to any Magistrate in the District who shall cause it to be served as if it were a summons issued by him.
