ORDINANCE IX OF 1979 ORDINANCE IX OF 1979 BALUCHISTAN LOCAL GOVERNMENT ORDINANCE, 1979 CHAPTER XX‑ PANCHAYATS 195. Proceedings when the defendant appears.‑On the appearance of the defendant before the Pancbayat, the Panchayat shall, if possible, pass orders on the same day and if that is not possible it may adjourn the suit for further proceedings.
