ORDINANCE IX OF 1979 ORDINANCE IX OF 1979 BALUCHISTAN LOCAL GOVERNMENT ORDINANCE, 1979 CHAPTER XX‑ PANCHAYATS 198. Authentication of documents.‑A Panchayat or a Tehsil Council for judicial proceedings shall have its own seal for the purpose of authenti cating its proceedings, orders decisions or decrees and other documents.
