ORDINANCE IX OF 1979 ORDINANCE IX OF 1979 BALUCHISTAN LOCAL GOVERNMENT ORDINANCE, 1979 CHAPTER XX‑ PANCHAYATS 201. Decree in civil and revenue cases.‑(1) A Panchayat shall on the conclusion of a civil or revenue suit either dismiss the suit or pass a decree with or without costs in such form as Government may specify. (2) If in satisfaction of a decree any amount of money is paid or any property is transferred in the presence of Panchayat, it shall enter such payment or such transfer in the Register of Suits. (3) The Panchayat on finding it difficult to execute a decree may forward the decree to a competent civil or revenue Court having jurisdiction and such Court shall thereupon proceed to execute it as if it were a decree passed by it.
