ORDINANCE IX OF 1979 ORDINANCE IX OF 1979 BALUCHISTAN LOCAL GOVERNMENT ORDINANCE, 1979 CHAPTER XX‑ PANCHAYATS 202. Payment by instalments.‑A Panchayat when imposing a fine or ordering the payment of a sum of money or the delivery of any movable property, may in case of payment of money fix instalments.
