ORDINANCE IX OF 1979 ORDINANCE IX OF 1979 BALUCHISTAN LOCAL GOVERNMENT ORDINANCE, 1979 CHAPTER XX‑ PANCHAYATS 204. Compensation and decision on oath.‑Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained in any other law it shall be lawful for the Panchayat to allow any criminal case to be compounded or to compromise any suit.
