ORDINANCE IX OF 1979 ORDINANCE IX OF 1979 BALUCHISTAN LOCAL GOVERNMENT ORDINANCE, 1979 CHAPTER XX‑ PANCHAYATS 206. Transfer of application.‑‑(1) Any party to a case may apply for the transfer of a case from one Panchayat to another Panchayat in the same Tehsil, in a civil suit, to the District Judge in a revenue suit to the Collector of the District and in a criminal case to District Magistrate of the District concerned. (2) Where a Local Council is dissolved or its term expires and its succes sor Local Council is not constituted within a period of 60 days, Govern ment may make arrangements for the disposal of Judicial cases or the appeals pending with the Panehayat of such a Local Council or the Tehsil Council in such manner as it may deem fit.
