ORDINANCE IX OF 1979 ORDINANCE IX OF 1979 BALUCHISTAN LOCAL GOVERNMENT ORDINANCE, 1979 CHAPTER XX‑ PANCHAYATS 215. Bar of suits.‑fro suit or other legal proceedings shall lie against Government or any person or authority for any loss or damage of any kind caused by the suspension or dissolution of any Local Council.
