ORDINANCE IX OF 1979 ORDINANCE IX OF 1979 BALUCHISTAN LOCAL GOVERNMENT ORDINANCE, 1979 CHAPTER XXII.‑‑DIVISIONAL COORDINATION COMMITTEE AND INTER‑COUNCIL MATTERS 216. Divisional Co‑ordination Committee.‑(1) There shall be a Divisional Co‑ordination Committee . in each Division, which shall consist of elected Chairman of District Council, Chairman of Municipal Com mittees and heads of all executive Departments of Government in the Division including the Deputy Commissioners of Districts located within the Division. (2) The Member of the Provincial and National Assemblies elected from the Division may take part as observer in the meeting of the Divisional Co‑ordination Committee but they shall not be its members. (3) The Chairman of the Divisional Coordination Committee shall be the Divisional Commissioner and the Deputy Director, Local Government and Rural Development shall be ex officio Secretary.
