ORDINANCE IX OF 1979 ORDINANCE IX OF 1979 BALUCHISTAN LOCAL GOVERNMENT ORDINANCE, 1979 CHAPTER XXII.‑‑DIVISIONAL COORDINATION COMMITTEE AND INTER‑COUNCIL MATTERS 217. Function.‑41) The functions and powers of the Divisional Coordination Committee, shall among other matters, include the following :‑ (a) Coordination of activities of all District Councils and all Govern ment Departments in the Division; (b) Settlement of disputes among the District Councils in the Division ; (c) Coordination of Development Plans of District Council and Nation Buildings Dements ; (d) review of question and answers relating to any matter connected with the Administration of the District Council and Nation Building Departments ; (e) levy of surcharge under section 141 in respect of District Councils in the Division. (2) Any decision taken by the Divisional Co‑ordination Committee shall be communicated to the District Councils and Nation Building Departments concerned for implementation.
