ORDINANCE IX OF 1979 ORDINANCE IX OF 1979 BALUCHISTAN LOCAL GOVERNMENT ORDINANCE, 1979 CHAPTER XXIII.--‑OFFENCES AND PENALTIES 221. Compounding of offences.‑Subject to the provision of section 84 the Chairman or any person generally or specially authorised by Local Council in this behalf, may compound any offence under this Ordinance, except those triable by a Panchayat.
