ORDINANCE IX OF 1979 ORDINANCE IX OF 1979 BALUCHISTAN LOCAL GOVERNMENT ORDINANCE, 1979 CHAPTER XXIII.--‑OFFENCES AND PENALTIES 222. Cognizance of' offences.‑No Court shall take cognizance of any offence under this Ordinance, except on a complaint in writing received from the Chairman, or a person generally or specially authorised by the Local Council in this behalf.
