ORDINANCE IX OF 1979 ORDINANCE IX OF 1979 BALUCHISTAN LOCAL GOVERNMENT ORDINANCE, 1979 CHAPTER XXIII.--‑OFFENCES AND PENALTIES 234. Records to be public documents.‑All records prepared ' or registers maintained under this Ordinance shall be deemed to be public documents within the meaning of the Evidence Act, 1872 (l of 1872).
