ORDINANCE IX OF 1979 ORDINANCE IX OF 1979 BALUCHISTAN LOCAL GOVERNMENT ORDINANCE, 1979 CHAPTER XXIII.--‑OFFENCES AND PENALTIES 237. Bar against employment.‑Chairman or a member of a Local Council shall not be employed under such Local Council for a period of one year from the date on which he ceases to be a Chairman or member, as the case may be.
