ORDINANCE IX OF 1979 ORDINANCE IX OF 1979 BALUCHISTAN LOCAL GOVERNMENT ORDINANCE, 1979 CHAPTER XXIII.--‑OFFENCES AND PENALTIES 238. Protection of action taken in good faith.‑No suit, prosecution or other legal proceeding shall lie against Government or any Local Council or against any person authorised by either, for anything done or in good faith intended be done under this Ordinance or for any damage caused or likely to be caused by any such thing.
