ORDINANCE IX OF 1978 ORDINANCE IX OF 1978 BALUCHISTAN GROUND WATER RIGHTS ADMINISTRATION ORDINANCE, 1978 1. Short title, extent and commencement.‑(1) This Ordinance may be called the Baluchistan Ground Water Rights Administration Ordinance, 1978. (2) It extends to the entire Province of Baluchistan except the Tribal Areas. (3) It shall come into force at once.
