BALUCHISTAN LOCAL GOVERNMENT ORDINANCE, 1980 BALUCHISTAN LOCAL GOVERNMENT ORDINANCE, 1980 CHAPTER I‑INTRODUCTORY 1. Short title, extent and commencement.‑(1) This Ordinance may be called the Baluchistan Local Government Ordinance, 1980. (2) It extends to the whole of the Province of Baluchistan. (3) It shall come into force at once except the provisions of Chapter XVIII which shall come into force with effect from such date as the Gov ernment may by Notification in the official Gazette specify in this behalf.
