BALUCHISTAN LOCAL GOVERNMENT ORDINANCE, 1980 BALUCHISTAN LOCAL GOVERNMENT ORDINANCE, 1980 CHAPTER I‑INTRODUCTORY 4. Repeal and savings.‑'[(1) The British Baluchistan Bazar Fund Regu lation, 1910 (V of 1910) in respect of Rural Councils and Town Committees, and the Baluchistan Local Government Ordinance, 1979 (1X of 1979) are hereby repealed.] (2) Where an enactment stands repealed under subsection (1) any ap pointment, rules, regulations or bye‑laws made or saved, notification, order or notice issued, tax imposed or assessed, scheme prepared or executed, contract entered into, suit instituted, rights acquired, claims made, legal or administrative proceedings or action taken thereunder or under the Baluchistan Local Government Act, 1975 (XII of 1975) shall so far as it is not inconsistent with the provisions of this Ordinance, be deemed to have been respectively made, saved, issued, imposed or assessed, prepared, or executed, entered into, instituted, acquired, made or taken under this Ordinance.
