BALUCHISTAN LOCAL GOVERNMENT ORDINANCE, 1980 BALUCHISTAN LOCAL GOVERNMENT ORDINANCE, 1980 CHAPTER IV‑COMPOSITION OF LOCAL COUNCILS 13. Urban Councils, Municipal Corporation, Municipal Committee, Town Committee (and Mohallah Committees).‑The Urban Councils and number of members of such Councils shall be as follows:‑ (1) Municipal Corporation, 40 to 60 members. (2) Municipal Committees, 15 to 50 members. (3) Town Committees, 7 to 13 members. (4) Mohallah Committees, 5 to 9 members. Provided that separate seats shall be allocated ‑for Muslims and non -Muslims member to be elected on the principle of separate electorate provided further that at an election to a Muslim seat in any local council only such person shall be entitled to vote in an electoral unit as are enrolled on the electoral roll prepared on the principle of separate electorate for such units: Provided further that the number of` seats for minorities will be over above the minimum number of seats fixed for the Local Council.
