Section Provisions

BALUCHISTAN LOCAL GOVERNMENT ORDINANCE, 1980 BALUCHISTAN LOCAL GOVERNMENT ORDINANCE, 1980 CHAPTER IV‑COMPOSITION OF LOCAL COUNCILS 14. Municipal Corporation.‑A Municipal Corporation shall consist of such number of members as may be fixed by Government, ranging between 40 to 60.
