BALUCHISTAN LOCAL GOVERNMENT ORDINANCE, 1980 BALUCHISTAN LOCAL GOVERNMENT ORDINANCE, 1980 CHAPTER V‑ELECTION AND RELATED MATTERS 16. Election of Chairman of Local Councils.‑For every Local Council there shall be a Chairman who shall be elected in the prescribed manner: provided that the Chairman of Municipal Corporation may be designated as Mayor.
