Section Provisions

BALUCHISTAN LOCAL GOVERNMENT ORDINANCE, 1980 BALUCHISTAN LOCAL GOVERNMENT ORDINANCE, 1980 CHAPTER V‑ELECTION AND RELATED MATTERS 18. Election Authority.‑(1) Government may appoint an Authority called the "Baluchistan Local Council Election Authority" for conducting elections to the Local Councils. (2) Election Authority shall exercise such powers and perform such functions as may be prescribed.
