BALUCHISTAN LOCAL GOVERNMENT ORDINANCE, 1980 BALUCHISTAN LOCAL GOVERNMENT ORDINANCE, 1980 CHAPTER V‑ELECTION AND RELATED MATTERS 20. Qualifications of candidates and members.‑Any person who is not less than twenty‑one years of age on the last day fixed for filing the nomina tion form shall be qualified to be elected as a member of a Local Council if for the time being his name appears on the electoral rolls of the local area of that Local Council.
