BALUCHISTAN LOCAL GOVERNMENT ORDINANCE, 1980 BALUCHISTAN LOCAL GOVERNMENT ORDINANCE, 1980 CHAPTER V‑ELECTION AND RELATED MATTERS 23. Conduct of Elections.‑‑(1) Election to Local Councils shall be con ducted in the prescribed manner on the principle of separate electorate for Muslim and non‑Muslim seats. . (2) Election rules and offences.‑The Government may make rules for carrying out the purposes of this chapter. (3) Election offences, penalties and procedure are appended in Seventh Schedule.
