BALUCHISTAN LOCAL GOVERNMENT ORDINANCE, 1980 BALUCHISTAN LOCAL GOVERNMENT ORDINANCE, 1980 CHAPTER V‑ELECTION AND RELATED MATTERS 33. Remuneration.‑(1) A Chairman of a Council may receive such re muneration as may be prescribed. (2) A Chairman of a Local Council shall not have any pecuniary interest in the affairs of any of the Local Councils in the Province.
