BALUCHISTAN LOCAL GOVERNMENT ORDINANCE, 1980 BALUCHISTAN LOCAL GOVERNMENT ORDINANCE, 1980 CHAPTER VI‑EXECUTIVE POWERS AND CONDUCT OF BUSINESS 42. Reporting and Evaluation publication of reports.‑A Local Council shall‑--- (a) maintain such record of its working as may be required by Govern ment ; (b) prepare and publish such periodical reports and returns as may be required by Government ; and. (c) adopt such other measures, as may be necessary or may be specified by the Government, from time to time, for the publication of information about the working of the Local Council.
