Section Provisions
BALUCHISTAN LOCAL GOVERNMENT ORDINANCE, 1980 BALUCHISTAN LOCAL GOVERNMENT ORDINANCE, 1980 CHAPTER VII‑ADMINISTRATION OF SERVICES 44. Holders of the posts of Local Council Service, except those belonging to the said service in grade three and below, shall be transfer able from one Local Council to another by the competent Authority in his jurisdiction.
