BALUCHISTAN LOCAL GOVERNMENT ORDINANCE, 1980 BALUCHISTAN LOCAL GOVERNMENT ORDINANCE, 1980 CHAPTER VII‑ADMINISTRATION OF SERVICES 48. Legal Adviser.‑A Local Council or group of Local Councils may with prior approval of Government as to the qualifications, terms and condi tions of service appoint whole‑time or part‑time Legal Adviser, not being a member or a servant of a Local Council or Local Councils to appear in all legal proceedings and to render such advice as may be required.
