BALUCHISTAN LOCAL GOVERNMENT ORDINANCE, 1980 BALUCHISTAN LOCAL GOVERNMENT ORDINANCE, 1980 CHAPTER XII‑LOCAL FUND AND PROPERTY 59. Application of Local Fund.‑The money from time to time credited to the Local fund shall be applied in the following order of preference; Firstly, in the payment of salaries and allowances to the servants of the Local Councils; Secondly in the repayment of loans. Thirdly, such sums as the Local Council may be required to contribute towards the conduct of elections, the maintenance of the Baluchistan Local Councils Service and the auditing of accounts; Fourthly, in fulfilment of any obligation and in the discharge of any duty imposed on the Council under this Ordinance, or under any other law for the time being in force; Fifthly, in meeting the expenditure charged on the Local Fund under this Ordinance; Sixthly in meeting the expenditure declared by the Government to be an appropriate charge on the Local Fund; Seventhly any sum required to satisfy decree or award against the Council by any Court or Tribunal.
