Sharing of income.‑(1) A Municipal Corporation or Committee may, and if so directed by the Government, shall, allocate a portion of its income to Mohallah Committees. (2) A District Council may, and if so directed by the Government shall, allocate a portion of its income to a Tehsil Council, Town Committee or to a Union Council. (3) A Tehsil Council may, and if so directed by the Government shall, allocate a portion of its income if any, to a Town Committee or a Union Council.
