BALUCHISTAN LOCAL GOVERNMENT ORDINANCE, 1980 BALUCHISTAN LOCAL GOVERNMENT ORDINANCE, 1980 CHAPTER XIII‑LOCAL TAXATION AND LICENCES 77. Licences and sanctions.‑‑‑(i) Wherever it is provided in this Ordi nance, or the rules or bye‑laws, that the permission or sanction of a Local Council shall be necessary to the doing of any act, such permission or sanction shall be in writing. (2) Every licence, sanction or permission granted by or under the authority of a Local Council shall be in meeting and subject to rules and bye. laws and regulations.
