BALUCHISTAN LOCAL GOVERNMENT ORDINANCE, 1980 BALUCHISTAN LOCAL GOVERNMENT ORDINANCE, 1980 CHAPTER XIV‑DEVELOPMENT PLANS 79. Community Development Projects.‑A Local Council may sponsor or promote Community Development Projects for its Local areas or any part thereof as may in this behalf, subject to the approval of the Government, perform such functions as may be necessary.
