BALUCHISTAN LOCAL GOVERNMENT ORDINANCE, 1980 BALUCHISTAN LOCAL GOVERNMENT ORDINANCE, 1980 CHAPTER XV TOWER IMPROVEMENT 81. Town Improvement Committees.‑A Municipal/Town Committee may with the prior approval of Government constitute a Town Improvement Committee, City or Town Development Authorities hereinafter referred to as the Committee/Authority which shall perform such functions and exercise such powers as may be specified by the Government from time to time.
