BALUCHISTAN LOCAL GOVERNMENT ORDINANCE, 1980 BALUCHISTAN LOCAL GOVERNMENT ORDINANCE, 1980 CHAPTER XV TOWER IMPROVEMENT 85: Dissolution of Improvement Trust.‑‑(1) Where a said Committee/ Authority is constituted in any Local Council, the provisions of the Town Improvement Act, 1922, shall not apply. (2) The said Committee/Authority shall be the successor‑in‑interest of the Town Improvement Trust, if any, and the assets and the liabilities of the Improvement Trust shall be assets and liabilities of the Committee/Authority. Explanation.‑For the purposes of this Chapter a Municipal Committee includes a Municipal Corporation.
