BALUCHISTAN LOCAL GOVERNMENT ORDINANCE, 1980 BALUCHISTAN LOCAL GOVERNMENT ORDINANCE, 1980 CHAPTER XVI‑MARKET COMMITTEES 87. Market area.‑(1) A Market Committee shall be constituted for a Market area attached to it. (2) The Deputy Commissioner, shall on the recommendations of the District Council, notify the Market area for a Market Committee in the prescribed manner.
