BALUCHISTAN LOCAL GOVERNMENT ORDINANCE, 1980 BALUCHISTAN LOCAL GOVERNMENT ORDINANCE, 1980 CHAPTER XVII‑ANIMAL TRESPASS 95. Pounds.‑(1) There may be established one or more animal pounds by every Local Council as may be considered necessary. (2) The Local Council may fix from time to time, the location of the animal pounds and rates of feeding, watering and accommodating the impounded animal.
