BALUCHISTAN LOCAL GOVERNMENT ORDINANCE, 1980 BALUCHISTAN LOCAL GOVERNMENT ORDINANCE, 1980 CHAPTER XVII‑ANIMAL TRESPASS 99. Fines for impounded animals.‑.‑For every animal impounded as aforesaid, the Pound keeper shall levy a fine in accordance with the scale fixed by the Local Council and the fines so charged, shall form part of and be deposited in the Local Fund.
