BALUCHISTAN LOCAL GOVERNMENT ORDINANCE, 1980 BALUCHISTAN LOCAL GOVERNMENT ORDINANCE, 1980 CHAPTER XVII‑ANIMAL TRESPASS 101. Illegal seizures.‑If the owner of an animal appears but consider the seizure to be illegal, he may upon the payment of fines and charges incurred in respect of the animal, take delivery of the animal and within seven days of taking such delivery may institute proceedings in an Adalat for damages.
