BALUCHISTAN LOCAL GOVERNMENT ORDINANCE, 1980 BALUCHISTAN LOCAL GOVERNMENT ORDINANCE, 1980 CHAPTER XVIII‑ DISPENSATION OF JUSTICE 102 Court of the Local Council (1).‑A Union Council or a Mohallah Committee shall act as the Court of the Local Council and be known as Adalat in the manner hereinafter provided. (2) The Chairman and two other members nominated in, the prescribed manner shall form an Adalat of the Union Council or Mohallah Committee.
