BALUCHISTAN LOCAL GOVERNMENT ORDINANCE, 1980 BALUCHISTAN LOCAL GOVERNMENT ORDINANCE, 1980 CHAPTER XVIII‑ DISPENSATION OF JUSTICE 105. Institution of cases.‑(1) A case may be instituted in an Adalat orally or in writing in the manner as may be prescribed ; (2) If the case is instituted orally, necessary particulars shall be maintained by the Chairman or the member, as the case may be. (3) The record of cases instituted in an Adalat shall be maintained in such form and by such persons as may be prescribed.
